Welcome to Egor’s Garage / egtuning.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the egtuning.com website, including all products, services, content, software, tuning services, and other offerings available through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using egtuning.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase products or services from Egor’s Garage.

1. About Egor’s Garage

Egor’s Garage provides automotive parts, performance products, accessories, installation services, ECU/DME/TCU unlocking, vehicle tuning, remote tuning, diagnostics, and related automotive services.

Products sold through egtuning.com may be manufactured or supplied by third-party manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

Egor’s Garage does not manufacture every product offered through the website and cannot independently guarantee the specifications, availability, compatibility, or performance of every third-party product.

2. Website Use

You agree to use egtuning.com only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without authorization.

  • Use automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or other methods to collect website data without our written permission.

  • Impersonate another person or business.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Use the website in a manner that could damage Egor’s Garage, its customers, suppliers, or business operations.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, availability, and fitment information displayed on egtuning.com are accurate.

However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or manufacturer-supplied inaccuracies.

Manufacturers may change product designs, specifications, colors, packaging, part numbers, or compatibility without notice.

Egor’s Garage does not guarantee that every product description or photograph is completely accurate or current.

If a product is listed incorrectly due to an error, Egor’s Garage reserves the right to correct the information and, where appropriate, cancel or modify the affected order.

5. Vehicle Fitment

The customer is responsible for verifying product fitment before purchase.

Vehicle compatibility may depend on factors including:

  • Year

  • Make

  • Model

  • Trim

  • Engine

  • Transmission

  • Drivetrain

  • Production date

  • VIN

  • Existing modifications

  • Regional specifications

  • Previous repairs or modifications

For certain products, Egor’s Garage may request a VIN or additional vehicle information before processing an order.

Providing a VIN does not automatically guarantee compatibility if the vehicle has been modified from its original configuration.

When available, manufacturer fitment information should be considered together with any fitment information provided by Egor’s Garage.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, contact us before placing your order.

6. Performance Products

Many products sold by Egor’s Garage are designed for high-performance, motorsport, competition, off-road, track, or modified vehicles.

Performance modifications can affect:

  • Vehicle reliability

  • Engine and drivetrain longevity

  • Emissions compliance

  • Noise levels

  • Vehicle handling

  • Braking

  • Tire performance

  • Fuel requirements

  • Warranty coverage

  • Insurance coverage

  • Registration

  • Legal road use

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product or modification is legal for use on public roads in their jurisdiction.

Egor’s Garage does not represent that every product sold through egtuning.com is legal for use on public roads in every state or jurisdiction.

7. Tuning and ECU/TCU Services

Egor’s Garage may provide ECU/DME/TCU unlocking, programming, calibration, tuning, remote tuning, and related software services.

Automotive tuning involves modifying vehicle control systems and may increase engine power, torque, boost, temperatures, and drivetrain load.

Tuning may affect or void a vehicle manufacturer's warranty.

The customer acknowledges that increased performance may increase wear or stress on:

  • Engine components

  • Turbochargers

  • Fuel system components

  • Transmission

  • Clutch or torque converter

  • Driveshafts

  • Differentials

  • Axles

  • Cooling systems

  • Other vehicle components

Egor’s Garage is not responsible for mechanical failure resulting from vehicle modifications, tuning, increased power, misuse, pre-existing conditions, inadequate maintenance, defective components, or modifications performed by other parties.

8. ECU/DME/TCU Unlocks

ECU, DME, and TCU unlocking services may involve permanent or semi-permanent changes to vehicle control modules.

Once an unlock or programming service has been performed, the service may not be refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is mechanically sound and that the vehicle's battery and electrical system are properly maintained during programming.

Voltage interruptions, communication failures, hardware failures, incompatible software, or other vehicle-related issues may interrupt a programming procedure.

If a module becomes damaged or unusable due to a manufacturer defect or failure directly attributable to Egor’s Garage's service, Egor’s Garage will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Remote Tuning

Remote tuning requires the customer to provide accurate vehicle information and follow all instructions supplied by Egor’s Garage or the assigned tuner.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle specifications.

  • Providing accurate modification information.

  • Using the required tuning hardware.

  • Maintaining adequate battery voltage.

  • Following flashing instructions.

  • Providing accurate datalogs.

  • Reporting mechanical or diagnostic issues.

  • Informing the tuner of relevant modifications.

Egor’s Garage is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by the customer or mechanical problems unrelated to the tuning service.

10. Tuning Results

Performance results are not guaranteed.

Actual horsepower, torque, acceleration times, fuel economy, boost pressure, and other performance characteristics may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle condition

  • Fuel quality

  • Ambient temperature

  • Elevation

  • Humidity

  • Dyno type

  • Tires

  • Vehicle weight

  • Supporting modifications

  • ECU/TCU software version

  • Fuel system condition

  • Engine health

  • Transmission condition

  • Driver

  • Testing methodology

Published or advertised performance figures should be considered estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Emissions and Intended Use

Certain performance products and tuning services may affect emissions-related equipment or systems.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the use, installation, or modification of a product complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Egor’s Garage does not authorize the use of products or software for unlawful purposes.

Products intended exclusively for competition, racing, off-road, or closed-course use should not be used on public roads where prohibited by law.

12. Orders

Submitting an order through egtuning.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

An order is not considered fully accepted until Egor’s Garage has processed the order and/or provided an order confirmation.

Egor’s Garage reserves the right to:

  • Refuse an order.

  • Cancel an order.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Correct product information.

  • Require additional verification.

  • Request additional information.

  • Refund a customer before fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled, any payment collected for the cancelled portion will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

13. Pricing

Prices displayed on egtuning.com are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Egor’s Garage may cancel the order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

Manufacturer price increases, distributor price changes, tariffs, shipping charges, taxes, and other costs may affect pricing.

14. Product Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed.

Many products are sourced from third-party distributors and manufacturers.

A product displayed as available may become unavailable before the order is fulfilled.

If a product becomes unavailable, Egor’s Garage may offer:

  • A replacement product.

  • A backorder.

  • An alternative product.

  • A refund.

15. Special Orders

Special-order, custom, made-to-order, or manufacturer-direct products may be subject to additional restrictions.

Once a special-order product has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor, cancellation may not be possible.

Additional manufacturer cancellation or restocking fees may be charged to the customer.

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing special-order products.

16. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, weather, customs, supply-chain issues, manufacturer delays, distributor delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures and policies.

For high-value orders, Egor’s Garage may require:

  • Signature confirmation.

  • Adult signature.

  • Delivery to the billing address.

  • Additional verification.

  • Freight delivery.

  • Other security measures.

17. Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be documented and reported to Egor’s Garage as soon as possible.

Customers should retain all original packaging and shipping materials.

Do not install or modify a product that appears to have been damaged during shipping.

Additional requirements are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

18. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Egor’s Garage Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Returns require prior approval.

  • Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must generally be unused and uninstalled.

  • Certain products are non-returnable.

  • Special-order products may be non-returnable.

  • Restocking fees may apply.

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping.

By purchasing from egtuning.com, you agree to comply with the applicable return requirements.

19. Warranty

Third-party products are generally covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Manufacturer warranties may have specific exclusions relating to:

  • Racing

  • Competition use

  • Modification

  • Improper installation

  • Improper maintenance

  • Abuse

  • Misuse

  • Overheating

  • Overboost

  • Accident damage

  • Installation errors

  • Unauthorized modifications

Egor’s Garage does not provide a separate warranty for third-party products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Warranty claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer's determination.

20. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed.

We strongly recommend that complex performance products be installed by a qualified automotive professional.

Egor’s Garage is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation.

  • Incorrect installation procedures.

  • Incorrect hardware.

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

  • Installation on an incompatible vehicle.

  • Modification of a product.

  • Use of a product outside its intended purpose.

Labor charges associated with removing, reinstalling, diagnosing, or replacing a product are not automatically covered by the product's warranty or return policy.

21. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Egor’s Garage, you acknowledge that automotive modifications carry inherent risks.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your vehicle.

  • Using appropriate fuel.

  • Performing required maintenance.

  • Following manufacturer instructions.

  • Using appropriate supporting modifications.

  • Operating the vehicle responsibly.

  • Complying with applicable laws.

  • Monitoring vehicle condition after modifications.

22. High-Value Orders and Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and Egor’s Garage from fraudulent transactions, we may conduct additional verification for high-value or unusual orders.

Verification may include:

  • Billing address verification.

  • Shipping address verification.

  • VIN verification.

  • Customer contact verification.

  • Payment verification.

  • Fraud screening.

  • Signature-required delivery.

  • Additional documentation.

Egor’s Garage reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if we cannot reasonably verify the transaction.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Egor’s Garage and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve issues relating to an order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, where permitted by law.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel the customer's obligations under these Terms.

If a customer initiates a chargeback for merchandise that has been delivered, installed, used, or retained, Egor’s Garage may provide the applicable order, shipping, tracking, communication, and transaction records to the payment processor or financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

24. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Product descriptions

  • Written content

  • Designs

  • Website layout

  • Original software

  • Other materials

is owned by or licensed to Egor’s Garage or the applicable rights holder.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

25. Third-Party Brands

Egor’s Garage may sell products manufactured by third-party companies.

All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

  • Vehicle downtime.

  • Loss of data.

  • Damage resulting from vehicle modifications.

  • Other consequential losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egor’s Garage's total liability relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Egor’s Garage for that specific product or service.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

27. No Guarantee of Vehicle Performance or Reliability

Egor’s Garage does not guarantee that modifications will produce a specific horsepower figure, acceleration time, quarter-mile time, fuel economy, or other performance result.

Performance modifications may increase stress on vehicle components and may reduce component lifespan.

The customer accepts these risks when purchasing performance products or tuning services.

28. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egor’s Garage, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of products.

  • Improper installation.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Violation of applicable law.

  • Unauthorized modifications.

  • Your use of a vehicle after modification.

  • Your negligence or misconduct.

  • Information you provide that is inaccurate or misleading.

29. Privacy

Your use of egtuning.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Information collected through the website may be used to process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and operate our business.

30. Third-Party Services

The website may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, shipping providers, distributors, manufacturers, analytics providers, marketing services, and other technology providers.

Egor’s Garage is not responsible for outages, errors, policies, or actions of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

31. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that egtuning.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend website access for maintenance, updates, security issues, technical problems, or other business reasons.

32. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

34. Changes to These Terms

Egor’s Garage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on egtuning.com with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Tuning Terms & Conditions, product-specific terms, and other policies referenced on egtuning.com, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Egor’s Garage regarding your use of the website and purchase of products and services.
